Charisse Bowen

Charisse Bowen, PMP, is an accomplished leader in the fields of project management and information technology, currently serving as Vice President of Federal Services at ECCO Select since July 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing the business development and pursuit of federal contracts. Prior to this role, Charisse held significant positions such as Executive Director at Guidehouse, where leadership was provided for the USDA account following the acquisition of Dovel Technologies, and Senior Information Technology Program Manager at Dovel Technologies, focusing on major federal contracts. Additional experience includes strategic development roles at Ace Info Solutions, and various leadership positions aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and economic development at Blue Ocean Enterprises, Galvanize, and Colorado State University. Charisse holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the College of Charleston and multiple professional certifications in project and strategic management.
