Yana Aleksandrovich

Yana Aleksandrovich has worked in various roles since 2013. From 2013-2016, they worked as a Site Support Specialist for Almetra LLC and Martal LLC, where their tasks included searching and preparing E-catalog content, functional testing of the site and internal administration system, communicating with site users, resolving customer-store conflicts, and consulting and training newbies. In 2016, they became a Lead IT Department Specialist at Technobank JSC, providing technical support for the Internet & Client Banking modules, consulting clients on using remote banking services, and training bank specialists on the operation of systems. In 2020, they began working at DigiFi as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, where their roles included communication with customers, gathering and analyzing requirements, creating process flowcharts and project documentation, setting up company's Loan Origination System, implementing underwriting and verification decision workflows, managing Confluence and Jira tools, and training customers. Yana also began working at Satellite Innovations as a Project Manager and Business Analyst. Additionally, they worked at EPAM Systems as a Junior Software Engineer, where their tasks included gathering and clarifying business requirements, understanding business processes, data profiling, creating test documentation, DWH testing automation, and end-to-end Data Quality Testing.

Yana Aleksandrovich received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Belarusian State University in 2016, followed by a Master's degree in Economic Informatics from Belarusian State Economic University in 2017.
