Jazma Parker, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in various security and intelligence roles. Jazma started their career as a Background Investigator at United States Investigator Services, where they coordinated background investigations for applicants to national security positions. Jazma then worked at Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP) as a Personnel Security Specialist/Adjudicator, overseeing reinvestigations for FBI personnel and analyzing personal history statements and investigative reports.

Parker then joined CACI International Inc as a Senior Security Management Advisor, where they directed industrial security programs for various organizations and enforced security policies. Jazma was later promoted to Regional Command Manager, managing a team of intelligence analysts and security specialists to support intelligence-related needs for different entities.

Jazma then worked at Leidos as the Lead Security & Intelligence Analyst, where they supervised personnel in the implementation of security programs and provided technical expertise in information security and physical security. Jazma also served as the Director of Security at DigiFlight, Inc., overseeing security operations.

Jazma dedicated herself to their studies for five years and successfully completed their undergraduate program in 2009.

Seeking further specialization, Jazma pursued a Masters of Science degree in Administration of Justice & Security at the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they gained more expertise in their field and refined their knowledge in the area of justice and security administration.

Driven by their passion for criminal justice and a desire to contribute to the field's advancement, Jazma pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Criminal Justice at Walden University from 2017 to 2020. This educational endeavor allowed their to conduct in-depth research and gain a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies within the criminal justice system.
