Wenjia Tang

Wenjia Tang is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in establishing and leading data initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Data at DigiHaul since August 2021, Wenjia Tang has been instrumental in formulating and implementing data strategies that align with the company's growth and sustainability goals. Prior to this, Wenjia Tang held the position of Head of Data Science at David Lloyd Leisure, advocating for data science alignment with company objectives. During a tenure at IBM from September 2011 to January 2020, Wenjia Tang led a data science team specializing in analytical deep dives and the delivery of data-driven projects across multiple sectors, significantly enhancing operational efficiencies. Wenjia Tang began the professional journey as a University Teacher at the University of Liverpool after earning a PhD in Electrical Engineering, complemented by advanced degrees in Communication Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
