Reetwija C. has had a diverse range of work experiences. Reetwija started their career as a Business Process Consultant at GENPACT in 2014, where they worked on a Capstone Project. In 2015, they joined Albright Stonebridge Group as an Associate Consultant, serving in that role until 2016. Following this, they worked at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as a Summer Associate in 2017. In 2018, Reetwija became a Management Consultant with Digilytics AI until 2019, where they focused on business change management. In the same year, they also held a role as a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Business Change Management Specialist at Digilytics AI. Most recently, Reetwija has been the Head of UK Distribution at Digilytics AI since 2022.

Reetwija C. has a diverse education history starting with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata. This was followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Young India Fellowship from Ashoka University.
