Saikumar Thoraiyur

Saikumar Thoraiyur currently serves as the Director of Revenue Operations at Decisions, leading the Revenue Operations function to unify Sales, Marketing, and Finance for enhanced go-to-market execution and operational efficiency. Prior to this, Saikumar held various roles at HighRadius, including Associate Director of Strategy & Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing the GTM tech stack and data pipeline design. Experience at Amazon spanned roles from Program Manager to Business Development Manager, focusing on customer returns, seller onboarding, and sales strategy. Earlier positions include Sales and Operations Manager at Meru, where marketing campaigns and new product launches were spearheaded, and Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys, developing software applications. Saikumar holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Pune.
