Christel Bastiaensen

Christel Bastiaensen has extensive experience in human resources and administrative support, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as HRM IT Consultant at Digipolis Antwerpen since January 2002, Christel is responsible for the recruitment and selection of both internal and external personnel, focusing on the IT sector. Prior to this role, Christel worked at Xeikon as an Executive Assistant from May 1996 to January 2002, where duties included assisting top executives, preparing presentations for board meetings, managing external communications, and organizing global events and press conferences. Earlier experience includes roles as a Recruiter at Randstad, a Directie Secretaresse at Marien & Gybels, and data entry work at Tijdschriften Uitgevers Maatschappij. Christel completed education at St. Agnes Instituut from 1976 to 1982.
