Polina Holosiinko

Polina Holosiinko currently serves as the Head of AI Solutions at Digis, where a focus on AI technology research and innovation has led to the development of proprietary AI models and algorithms. In addition to this role, Polina is a Business Strategy Analyst at Scalamandra, leveraging big data to address business challenges and assist startups and small to medium-sized enterprises in acquiring skilled programmers in specialized technologies. Previously, Polina worked as a Customer Success Manager at FreySoft, a custom software development firm, dedicated to creating advanced technical solutions. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.'
