Nathan Brown

Nathan Brown is the current Head of Compliance at Digit. Prior to this, they were a Compliance Officer at Wells Fargo from June 2018 to December 2020. There, they worked in the Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation department for Credit Cards. Before that, Nathan was the Compliance Director, Internal Controls at Santander Consumer USA from September 2012 to June 2018. In that role, they were responsible for establishing Key Performance/Risk Indicators (KPIs/KRIs), building and managing the compliance internal control framework, and conducting process mapping and efficiency analyses. Nathan also liaised with senior leadership to identify gaps and improve processes and procedures, and engaged with regulators to prove that corporate policies and procedures adhere to regulatory requirements.
