Artur Stawiarski

Artur Stawiarski has worked in the software development field since 2005, when they co-founded Geektech. In 2006, they began working as a Software Developer for WSB-NLU and a PHP Programmer for INTERIA.PL. In 2009, they became a Software Architect for TechnoPark Corp. and, in 2010, a Lead Web Developer for Hostelworld.com. Since 2013, they have held various roles at DIGIT, a Scopely Studio, including Technical Director - Features, Content & Live, Technical Director - Core Services & Infrastructure, Engineering Manager - Platform, and Lead Web Systems Engineer. In their current role, they lead the Platform team consisting of full stack developers and works closely with the CEO and CTO.

Artur Stawiarski has a diverse educational background. Artur obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from DePaul University between 2008 and 2010. Artur then went on to obtain a Postgrad. Diploma in Health Informatics from Trinity College Dublin between 2012 and 2013. Additionally, they obtained two Bachelor degrees: a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Computer Information Systems from National Louis University between 2005 and 2008, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu between 2005 and 2008. Artur also has two certifications: Oracle Certified Professional, MySQL 5.0 Developer from Oracle in 2011, and Zend Certified PHP Engineer from Zend in 2008.
