Amrit Jaidka Arora

Amrit Jaidka Arora currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Digit Insurance since April 2017, contributing to the company's mission of simplifying insurance for consumers. Prior to this role, Amrit was a self-employed consultant and entrepreneur from January 2011 to January 2017, and previously held the position of General Manager Human Resource at Hindustan Times from December 2006 to July 2010, as well as Zonal Manager Human Resource for North & East at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. from July 2003 to November 2006. Amrit holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from IIMM Pune, a Master's in Labour Law & Labour Welfare from Symbiosis Law College, and a degree in Economic Honors from Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector-11.
