Kaushik is an aspiring professional with a strong background in analytics and management. Currently serving as a Management Trainee - Analytics (Business Analysis) at Digit Insurance since March 2024, Kaushik is responsible for requirements gathering from business units. Previously, as an Executive Member of FootNBoot at the Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) from August 2022 to March 2024, Kaushik successfully conducted LIGA De BIMTECH '22, a prominent football tournament. Additionally, Kaushik gained valuable experience as a Supply Chain Intern at Havells India Ltd, focusing on logistics cost reduction, and as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Country Holidays Travel India, where leadership skills were demonstrated by heading a team of 20 interns.
