Nalini Venkat

Nalini Venkat currently serves as the Chief Business Officer for Digital and Institutional Partnerships at Digit Insurance, a role held since July 2017, and also holds the title of President and Sr. Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. Prior to this, Nalini worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies from September 2011 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team, coaching on cross-selling initiatives, and growing large corporate relationships. Previously, Nalini spent several years at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. in various managerial roles, including leading the Agency Department and Corporate Marketing in multiple regions. Early career efforts included a Sr. Executive position at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited and a Project Trainee role at HDFC Standard Life Insurance. Nalini holds an MBA in Finance from Nitte and has completed an executive program in Organizational Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
