Sonakshi Biswas

Sonakshi Biswas is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in talent management and HR automation at Digit Insurance since June 2018, currently serving as Associate Vice President. Prior roles at Digit include managing recruitment and the employee life cycle for sales and support functions in various zones as Senior Manager HRBP and Senior Manager Human Resources. Additionally, Sonakshi has experience in system implementations for performance management and learning management systems as an Associate Manager, and initiated employee engagement and campus recruitment as a Management Trainee. Prior to Digit, experience includes an HR internship at Wipro focused on leadership development and a volunteer position at Abhilasha. Sonakshi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
