Toral Sanghavi

Toral Sanghavi serves as the Associate Vice President and Head of Human Resources for India at Ness Digital Engineering since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as DGM of Program Management, People Operations and Strategy at Ather Energy from March to September 2022, and extensive consulting as a Strategic Human Resource Consultant from April 2017 to March 2022. Previous positions include HR Director at Duck Creek Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed all HR functions for 500 employees, and Senior Manager HR at Mastek and Majesco Ltd, leading the HR function in India. Toral Sanghavi began a career in HR as an Assistant HR at Blue Star Infotech from 2004 to 2005. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources and a BCom in Commerce, both from the University of Mumbai.
