Yashvi Gubrani is a Deputy Manager in growth and innovation at Digit Insurance, where responsibilities include managing partner engagement and driving revenue for the QHF campaign. Prior roles include Associate Manager, leading market research and process optimization for a ₹2900Cr+ business, and a Management Trainee, achieving significant growth in the Digit Partner App. Yashvi has also held various positions in organizations such as the Sankalp-CSR Committee at IIM Sirmaur and SGF - India, and completed internships at MakeMyTrip, Country Holidays Inn & Suites Pvt Ltd, and GSK Consumer Healthcare India. Yashvi holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur, a Master’s degree in Economics from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a BA in Economics from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies.
