Mervi Leipijärvi

Mervi Leipijärvi has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role as VP, CHRO at Digita Oy starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at HPP Attorneys from June 2020 to October 2022, where they provided legal advice and worked with multinational clients. From February 2018 to June 2020, Mervi served as the HR Director at Staria, a company specializing in cloud technology and accounting services. Mervi also held various HR managerial roles at KONE Corporation from 2011 to 2018, including HR Operations, Resourcing and Talent, and Data and Processes. Earlier in their career, Mervi worked as an HR Specialist at KONE Industrial Oyj, Supply Operations Finland, where they were responsible for induction processes, employer branding, HR reporting, internal communication, and talent management.

From 2008 to 2013, Mervi Leipijärvi attended LUT University, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics. Mervi'smajor was in Entrepreneurship and SME Management, and they also minored in International Business Management and HRM.
