Paulina Staszuk

Paulina Staszuk, M.Sc., is an experienced professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the VP of Customer Experience at Digitail, where responsibilities include onboarding, success, and support. In addition to this role, Paulina acts as an advisor for Hatchet Ventures and holds several academic positions at Pavilion, including Dean of the Customer Success Manager (CSM) School and guest lecturer for the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) School and the Go-to-Market (GTM) School. Paulina also provides expertise as a fractional customer success leader and consultant with happypathCS, having previously taken a career break to pursue personal goals. Academic qualifications include an Hon. BA in Criminology/Geography from the University of Toronto and a Master's degree in Planning and Development from the University of Guelph.
