We are seeking a talented and analytical Market Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a Market Researcher, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed research of a product, while preparing briefs, according to business needs

  • Collect data on consumers, competitors, products and marketplace and consolidate information into action plans, reports and presentations

  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation

  • Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis

  • Document, report, compile and organize findings in graphs, charts, mock-ups, and diagrams

  • Utilize various professional sources to find and extract relevant information and organize and maintain research databases

  • Use an appropriate and creative methodology to design and manage a research project, which may involve the use of quantitative and/or qualitative methods and may include both pilot and development work

  • Analyze data to draw both qualitative and quantitative conclusions while interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations

  • Maintain accurate and unbiased records of interviews, monitoring the progress of research projects safeguarding the confidentiality of subjects, as necessary

  • Based on best practices write, design and manage distribution of surveys, questionnaires, polls, tests and experiments, moderate focus groups, etc. specific to research requirements

  • Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover current and prospective customers’ preferences

  • Analyze consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits, in order to forecast future product and buying trends of consumers

Requirements:

  • BA or MA degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, preferably in the Betting/iGaming industry.
  • Proven market research analysis experience
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM programs
  • A keen interest in the Betting/iGaming industry, with a good understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc)
  • Web analytical skills
  • Team Player with can-do attitude
