Bojan Kocijan

Bojan Kocijan has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience and design. Bojan is currently working at Digital.ai as a User Experience Manager, where they have been since December 2022. Bojan previously held the role of Design Guild Lead from March 2022 to December 2022, and before that, they were a Senior User Experience Designer from December 2020 to March 2022.

Prior to joining Digital.ai, Bojan worked at XebiaLabs as a Senior UI/UX and interaction designer from March 2018 to December 2020. In this role, they gathered and synthesized business requirements and input from various stakeholders to develop and iterate product and feature prototypes.

Before XebiaLabs, Bojan worked at City Expert as a UX Consultant and UX/UI Designer from September 2017 to March 2018. Bojan'sexperience there involved using a data-driven approach in user testing and feature designing, including feature flagging, user testing, iteration, redesigning, and development.

Bojan also gained experience at CONDA Crowdinvesting as a UX/UI Designer from October 2016 to February 2018. There, they focused on validating designs with B2B users and collaborating with stakeholders and platform owners.

Bojan's earlier work experience includes working at Mercator-S d.o.o. as a Lead Designer from June 2008 to October 2016, where they were involved in setting up various online shops and platforms. Bojan also worked at Open Technologies as a Web Designer from October 2007 to June 2008, and at PGP-RTS as a Graphic Designer from June 2005 to September 2007.

Bojan Kocijan obtained their bachelor's degree in Department of New Computing Technology (NRT) from the University of Belgrade. Bojan pursued this degree from 2003 to 2008, focusing on the field of Computer Science. Prior to this, Bojan attended hemijsko tehnolosko prehrambena skola from 1997 to 2000, where they completed their high school education, specializing in Chemistry.
