Doug Younts has over 16 years of experience in technical recruiting. Doug currently works as a Principal Tech Recruiter at Digital.ai since June 2022. Previously, they worked at Impinj as a Sr. Technical Recruiter from November 2019 to May 2022, where they focused on hiring for the Internet of Things. Before that, they worked at T-Mobile as a Sr. Technical Recruiter from August 2019 to November 2019. From October 2012 to August 2019, they served as a Talent Advisor - Enterprise Risk & Security (ERS) at Expedia, Inc., where they supported various teams including eCP Strategy and Fraud/Risk Technology Operations. Prior to that, they worked at T-Mobile as a Senior Technical Recruiter from August 2007 to October 2012, providing recruiting support for full-time permanent positions within T-Mobile EIT Recruiting team. Doug also worked at Act-1 Technical as a Branch Manager from August 2006 to August 2007, overseeing sales, account management, and recruiting in the High-Tech industry. Earlier in their career, they worked at Microsoft as a Staffing Consultant from April 2006 to August 2006 and at Genesis 10 as a Sr. Technical Recruiter from February 2004 to March 2006, gaining experience in sourcing and recruiting for technical positions. Doug also worked at Siemens as a Sr. Technical Recruiter from 2000 to 2002.

Doug Younts completed the Talent Advisor Leadership Academy at Corporate Executive Board in 2013, where they studied Talent Advisor. In 1997, they attended Seattle Pacific University, focusing on Marketing. Additionally, they earned the ITIL Foundations v3 Certification from PeopleCert in August 2013 and became a Certified Internet Recruiter through AIRS in April 2008.
