Tracy L. Curtis

Tracy L. Curtis, CPA has over 30 years of work experience in finance and accounting.

Starting in 1990, Tracy worked as a Sr. Accountant/Accountant at Pennzoil Company, Inc., where they provided financial and accounting support for multiple Jiffy Lube stores. Tracy L. also participated in the audit and integration of newly acquired Jiffy Lube franchises and led accountants new to the role.

From 1994 to 1998, Tracy served as the Controller at Intellicall, inc.

In 1999, Tracy joined Dell, where they held various roles over a span of 15 years. Notably, they were the Healthcare Divisional Controller, North America Operations Controller, Group Finance Director/CFO - Infrastructure Solutions, and the Global Finance Center of Excellence Director.

From 2014 to 2015, Tracy worked as a Finance/Accounting Director - Consultant at VIP, where they assisted a private equity held company in establishing roles and responsibilities for the accounting team and setting foundational processes and procedures. Tracy L. also led the team through the annual audit with outside auditors.

Tracy then joined Imagine Communications in 2015 as the Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller, where they served until 2017.

Following that, Tracy worked at Unisys from 2017 to 2022. Tracy L.'sroles included Sr. Director - Enterprise Solutions - Services, Vice President, Global Business Operations, and Vice President Mergers Acquisition - Finance.

Currently, Tracy is the Corporate Controller at Digital.ai, a position they have held since October 2022.

Tracy L. Curtis, CPA began their education at Lakeview Centennial High School, where they completed their secondary education from 1982 to 1986. Tracy L. then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at Abilene Christian University from 1986 to 1990. After completing their formal education, Tracy obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Texas State Board of Accountancy in March 1994. Additionally, they also received the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in February 1994.
