Jenny Trinh has over 23 years of work experience. Jenny started their career at Jenny S T Fashion in 1996, where they worked as an Operations & Account Manager until 2002. Jenny then joined Espreon Property Services as a Paralegal & Client Services Manager from 2002 to 2007. In 2007, they moved on to Digital Alchemy, where they held various roles including Account Manager, Marketing Services & Client Operations Lead, Country Manager of the Centre of Campaign Excellence, Team Lead of Product Engineering & Implementation, and currently serves as the Head of Client Operations.

Jenny Trinh attended Martin College for one year in 2003. Jenny then completed their high school education at St Johns Park High School from 1991 to 1996. In terms of additional certifications, Jenny obtained the Scrum Master Certified certification from SCRUMstudy in 2018. Jenny also obtained the AgilePM® Foundation and AgilePM® Practitioner certifications from APMG International in the same year.
