Azzedin Es-Sakhi has extensive work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Azzedin started their career at Tezzaron Semiconductor in 2015 as an IC Design Intern, where they designed analog circuits and performed various simulations and verifications.
In 2016, Es-Sakhi joined Digital Ally Inc. as a Project Engineer. In this role, they focused on developing applications and modifications for electronic properties used in various parts and systems, including video processors, Wi-Fi modules, and Bluetooth modules. Azzedin also worked on selecting parts to be manufactured at advanced technology nodes and conducted internal and independent testing.
Prior to that, from 2010 to 2016, Es-Sakhi worked at the University of Missouri-Kansas City as an Instructor/Graduate Teaching Assistant, a Research and Teaching Assistant, and a Graduate Student. In these roles, they taught courses on analog integrated circuit design, HDL-based digital systems design, VLSI design, computer arithmetic, and nano-technology and advanced VLSI. Azzedin also conducted research on emerging device technologies, analytical models for estimating subthreshold swing, and the utilization of negative capacitance effect in subthreshold design.
Overall, Azzedin Es-Sakhi has a broad range of experience in electrical engineering, including circuit design, simulation, teaching, and research.
Azzedin Es-Sakhi completed their education as follows:
- From 1998 to 2002, they attended Université Cadi Ayyad Faculté des Sciences et Techniques Beni Mellal, where they earned a Maîtrise degree in Génie Electrique.
- Azzedin then pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, from 2007 to 2011.
- Following their bachelor's studies, they went on to obtain a Master's Degree in VLSI & IC Design from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, which they completed between 2011 and 2013.
