Riikka Laitinen

Riikka Laitinen is a Senior Specialist at the Digi- ja väestötietovirasto (Finnish Digital Agency) since January 2023, focusing on the development of the Finnish Service Catalogue. Previously, Riikka held roles at the City of Turku from August 2020 to January 2023, including Senior Specialist and Project Planner, contributing to service information quality improvement and the city's web service reform.
