Federico Chaves is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in operations management and technology integration. Currently, Federico serves as the Director of Field Operations at ArcDesigns.Net since February 2010, where responsibilities include managing tier 3 support for complex issues. Concurrently, since November 2015, Federico holds the position of IT Manager for Delta Air Lines, overseeing the technology aspects of the LAX T2/T3 Modernization Program PMO, including management of devices, servers, and vendor contracts for over 120 users. Prior experience includes serving as a System Administrator at Publicis Worldwide from March 2006 to October 2009. Federico Chaves holds a Master of Computer Applications from the University of Buenos Aires, completed in 2009.
