Raphael Speyer

Raphael Speyer has diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Raphael is currently working as a Software Engineer / Squad Lead at Digital Asset, where they are responsible for developing a new Clearing and Settlement system for the Australian Securities Exchange. In this role, they collaborate with client business analysis and testing teams and leads various squads for design and performance improvement initiatives. Prior to this, Raphael worked at Google as a Senior Software Engineer, where they built a system for vetting scheduled changes to the global data network and designed an incremental dataflow engine for this purpose. Raphael also worked at ThoughtWorks as a Developer Consultant and at Etherstack as a Software Engineer. Raphael further gained experience as a Student Developer at Google Summer of Code and NICTA, and as a Software Developer at Sefira spol. s r.o., Spreadshirt GmbH, and Smarter Clothing.

Raphael Speyer holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Sydney.
