Elmer Zinkhann is currently the head of design at Digital Catapult. Prior to that, they were a senior design consultant at WAE, a service design consultancy, where they worked on projects for clients such as Transport for London, Accenture, London Metropolitan Police, RBS Coutts, JPMorgan Chase, Zurich, SilverRail, EVA, Ogilvy, Lloyds Banking Group, and Blackrock. Elmer also served as the user experience lead at Elbi Digital and the head of creative and user experience design at Archant Bride.
