Pascale Searle is a Senior Project Manager at Digital Catapult. Pascale has over 10 years experience working in project management, with a focus on European projects.

Pascale started their career as a European Project Manager at the Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience and UCL European Research Innovation Office, where they managed the operational aspects of the FP7 Marie Curie network Netadis. Pascale then moved to King's College London, where they were the FP7 Marie Curie Network Project Manager. In this role, they liaised with stakeholders, project partners, the Commission and the College’s support services to support the network.

Pascale has also worked as a Centre Manager at the Bloomsbury Centre, and as a Project Manager at ADRC-E Administrative Data Research Centre, England. In their current role at Digital Catapult, they manage the operational aspects of the Catapult centres programme.

Pascale Searle has a Bachelor's Degree in Hindi and Religious Studies from SOAS University of London. Pascale also has a Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Hindi Language Proficiency from the Central Institute of Hindi in New-Delhi, India. Pascale Searle's High School is the Institut Saint-Joseph in Libramont, Belgium. Pascale also has certification from the Association for Project Management in APM Project Management Qualification, Edge NLP Limited in NLP Practitioner, APMG International in AgilePM(R)Practitioner and Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
