Rushil Noronha

Rushil Noronha is a seasoned professional in the field of e-commerce and renewable energy, currently serving as Co-Founder of Neufin, which focuses on enhancing renewable energy adoption through simplified procurement and financing solutions for Commercial & Industrial customers. In addition, Rushil holds the position of Strategic Advisor at Digital Commerce Global. Prior to these roles, Rushil accumulated valuable experience at Procter & Gamble in various positions including Director of Ecommerce & eD2C and National Account Manager, where key achievements included driving growth and enhancing online presence. Early career experiences included internships and trainee positions at Diageo, Bharat Electronics, and Tata Motors, where Rushil contributed to significant cost-saving initiatives and product development for electric vehicles. Rushil is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, holding a PGDM in Marketing and Sales, and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Army Institute of Technology.
