William Davis

William Davis has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. William currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Digital Consultants LLC since September 2018. In this role, they provide strategic leadership and direction for new business expansion, product and service development, and marketing efforts.

Prior to this, Davis worked at Loch Harbour Group from 2013 to 2018. William served as the Senior Vice President for Technology and Acquisition Support from September 2015 to September 2018, and as the Director of Business Development from July 2013 to August 2015.

Before Loch Harbour Group, Davis worked as the Chief of the Programs & Integration Office at Defense Threat Reduction Agency from May 2011 to June 2013. William also held various roles at White House Military Office, including the Presidential Aircraft Requirements Program Manager from January 2010 to May 2011, and Chief of Plans, Programs, Budget & Execution from July 2007 to December 2009.

Davis's earlier experience includes being a Student at Air Command and Staff College from 2006 to 2007, Deputy Chief of Battle Management Command and Control Systems Division at Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System Program Office from 2003 to 2006, Chief of Resource Analyses at Air Force Studies and Analyses Agency from 2000 to 2003, Flight Commander of C4I Systems Test Flight at 46th Test Squadron from 1997 to 2000, and Photonics Research Manager at Air Force Research Laboratory from 1994 to 1997.

William Davis holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics from Saint Vincent College, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993. William further pursued higher education at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering Physics from 1993 to 1994. In 2006 to 2007, Davis attended Air Command and Staff College, earning a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2014.
