Dominique Willems

Dominique Willems currently serves as the Head of Public Affairs at the Digital Container Shipping Association (DCSA), a position held since October 2020. Prior to this role, Dominique was the Senior Manager at CLECAT from March 2017 to October 2020. Dominique also has extensive experience as a Senior Policy Advisor at both FENEX and Transport en Logistiek Nederland from October 2012 to March 2017. Earlier in the career, Dominique was a Partner at IHomer from October 2011 to October 2012 and served as the General Manager at SGS Maco Customs Service from 2005 to September 2011.
