Manoj Ninave has extensive experience in the software engineering field. Manoj is currently employed at Digital Convergence Technologies Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, starting in September 2019. Prior to this, Manoj worked as a Professional Freelancer from 2015 to 2019, specializing in various technologies such as Magento, Joomla, Virtue Mart, K2, Jomsocial, Codeigniter, Wordpress, PHP/cakePHP, Mysql, HTML5, CSS, responsive design, JavaScript, Quick Book, Ajax, and Google map API. Manoj successfully completed numerous challenging projects and prioritized long-term business relationships with their clients. Before that, they worked at smartData Enterprises (I) Ltd. as a Senior Associate from 2011 to 2015, where they focused on project understanding, client communication, and wireframe creation. From 2009 to 2011, Manoj worked at COG IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Nagpur as a Software Engineer, where they resolved project issues, developed objects according to the Model-View-Controller Architecture, and provided solutions. Manoj began their career at Viveka Solutions as a Software Engineer from 2008 to 2009.

Manoj Ninave attended Jeevan Vikas Vidyalaya, Umrer from 2001 to 2002, earning a HSC degree with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology. Following this, Manoj enrolled at Nagpur University from 2004 to 2008, where they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering.
