Heidi Anderson

Heidi Anderson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality assurance and technology management. Currently serving as a QA at Digital Convergence since May 2024, Heidi has previously held managerial and senior QA analyst roles at Appnovation from July 2015 to September 2024, and served as a Senior Test Specialist at Blue Spurs from April 2014 to July 2015. Heidi's career began as a QA Consultant at PQA from August 2008 to April 2014, where extensive experience was gained in multiple software development life cycle methodologies, mentoring, and client interaction. Additional expertise includes technical writing, instructional design, and IT administration during a consultancy period from April 2006 to February 2010. Heidi's academic background includes education from the University of New Brunswick, Eastern College, and NBCC-SJ.
