Muhammad Allam

Muhammad Allam has extensive experience in Human Resources, with a background in recruitment, strategic HR partnerships, and HR development. Currently serving as Chief of Shared Services at Digital Cooperation Organization, Muhammad brings expertise in building trusted HR partnerships and implementing strategic HR activities. Prior roles include positions at Beacon Development Company, Al Rajhi Bank, and El Nile for Soft Drinks, where Muhammad played key roles in recruitment, HR policy development, and overseas recruitment. Allam holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Arab Academy for Science & Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce.
