Rasha Binaftan

Rasha Binaftan currently serves as the Director of Council Affairs at the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) and Managing Partner at Elevate Women, both positions held since 2024. Previously, Rasha held various roles at the Ministry of Finance, Saudi Arabia, from April 2018 to November 2024, including Head of Strategic Partnerships in the International Relations & Macro Policies Sector and founding member of the Financial Skills Center. Rasha began their career at the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, where roles spanned from HR Specialist to HR Business Partner between 2010 and 2018. Rasha holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Translation from King Saud University, an Executive MBA from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship, and is currently enrolled in the Woman Leaders Program at INSEAD.
