Tony Cleverley

Tony Cleverley has a wide range of work experience in the technology and financial industries. Tony is currently the Chief Technology Officer & Co Founder of agora - digital capital markets. Prior to this, they worked as a Self-Employed Contractor, serving as a Consultant Financial Technology. Tony also has a significant tenure at Ipreo, where they held the positions of Managing Director Fixed Income and CTO for Europe. Before that, they worked at Marketpipe as the Head of Technology, where they played a key role in developing and launching their products. Tony also held the position of Head of Development, Interactive Investor Solutions at Interactive Investor International. Tony began their career as a Senior Engineer at West LB and Unisoft, and later served as an Engineer at Ingres and Olivetti.

Tony Cleverley attended London Metropolitan University from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Information Systems. In October 2018, they also obtained a certification in Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera.
