Maarten de Koning is the Executive Vice President at Digital Development Management. Prior to this, they were a (Game) Producer at Codeglue and Co-Owner of Mardelli. Maarten has also served as a Board Member for Supply Drop and Gaming Istanbul 2017.

Maarten de Koning has a long history of experience in the gaming industry. Maarten started their career as a (Game) Producer, working with key technical and creative managers to detailed analyze game design specifications. Maarten was responsible for working out schedules for game projects, deciding the teams and equipment needed, and controlling the financial resources. Maarten also acted as the central point of contact for all aspects of a production, liaising with senior management, publishers, PR and marketing departments, QA, as well as the programming, design and art teams.

In 2010, they co-founded Mardelli and served as its Co-Owner. In 2016, they became a Board Member for Gaming Istanbul 2017. And in 2019, they joined the Board of Directors for Supply Drop.

As the Executive Vice President at Digital Development Management, Maarten de Koning is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s digital development. Maarten works closely with senior management to set strategy and achieve objectives. Maarten also oversees the day-to-day operations of the company’s digital development team.

Maarten de Koning's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, with a focus in Financial Management. Maarten also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Management, Economics and Law. In addition, they are certified as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Scrum Master (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance.

Maarten de Koning reports to Joe Minton, President. Maarten de Koning works with John Sutyak - EVP New Business Development, Mike Romo - Senior Partnerships Director, and Peggy Twardowski - Business Information Director.
