Rose Kouwenhoven

Rose Kouwenhoven is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in digital media and branding. Since September 2019, Kouwenhoven has served as a Communications Officer at the International Monetary Fund. Prior to this role, Kouwenhoven worked as a Digital Media and Branding Officer at the Delegation of the European Union to the United States from December 2011 to September 2019, focusing on public outreach and engagement. Kouwenhoven also held the position of Senior Digital Communications Officer at The Royal Netherlands Embassy from January 2008 to December 2011, where responsibilities included developing digital strategies for public diplomacy and optimizing public services. Early career experience includes working as an Online Communication Consultant for HarverPro Communication & PR from February 2006 to January 2008, and serving as Team Captain for Red Bull in 2006. Kouwenhoven holds a Master’s degree in New Media and Communications from Utrecht University and a High School Diploma in Nature and Health from Griftland College.
