Jelena Milosevic

Jelena Milosevic is a versatile professional with extensive experience in psychology, talent acquisition, content creation, and project management. Currently holding positions as Career Services Center & Community Assistant at Code Labs Academy and Content Creator at Digital Dot, Jelena is also a Co-Founder of Praxum, an NGO established to support Applied Psychology students. Previous roles include E-learning Consultant at Idego E-Learning Company, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lodgify, Peer Mentor in the WOP-P Peer Mentorship Program, and Research Assistant at the Public Policy Research Center. Jelena’s academic background includes master's degrees in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology from the University of Valencia and the University of Bologna, alongside a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Novi Sad.
