Brian Jeltema has extensive work experience in software engineering and development, spanning several companies. Brian began their career as a Systems Programmer at the National Superconducting Cyclotron Lab in 1976. Brian then moved on to roles as a Research Scientist at Philip Morris Research Center, Systems Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation, and various roles at Sun Microsystems, including Staff Engineer. Brian'smost recent experiences include senior positions at TSYS Loyalty, T-Mobile, and Digital Envoy, where they worked as a Lead Software Engineer. Throughout their career, Jeltema has developed a wide range of skills in software development, testing, and infrastructure design.
Brian Jeltema began their education at Grand Rapids Community College, earning an Associate degree in Chemistry from 1969 to 1971. Brian then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Physics at Michigan State University from 1971 to 1973. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Chemistry from Michigan State University in 1974. Brian furthered their education by completing a Master's degree in Computer, Information, and Control Engineering at the University of Michigan from 1975 to 1977.
