Jessica Farrelly

Jessica Farrelly has accumulated extensive experience in Human Resources over the years. Jessica started their career at Domino's Pizza, LLC in 2007 and worked their way up to become a Human Resources Manager at Cowabunga, Inc. dba Domino's Pizza. Jessica then transitioned to roles at Ink - connecting with travellers and Deposco before becoming a Human Resources Manager at Chart Industries, Inc. In 2022, they took on the role of Human Resources Director at Digital Envoy. Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated proficiency in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and process improvement.

Jessica Farrelly completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University in 2007. Jessica then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University, graduating in 2017. Jessica also holds certifications such as SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015 and Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute in 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Graduate Online Teaching Certificate from Pennsylvania State University-World Campus.
