David Abeita

David Abeita, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Engineering at Digital Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities include developing technology strategies and integrating innovative financial solutions. Previously, David held the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering at Bottomline Technologies, overseeing engineering for banking applications focused on Corporate Cash Management for 60 financial institutions. David has also been a Technology Advisor at Lead Out Software, Director & Chief Architect at ACI Worldwide, and has held various architect roles at Digital Insight, Metavante Corporation, and Brokat. Earlier experience includes serving as Product Development Lead at AT&T, providing technical leadership for significant telecommunications systems. David earned an Executive MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of West Georgia.
