Marco Pescosolido

Marco Pescosolido currently serves as Vice President and Head of Engineering at Appian Corporation since November 2005, leading the development of the Appian low-code platform and managing various engineering initiatives. Marco has held multiple leadership roles within Appian, including Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Technology Strategy, where significant advancements in process orchestration, site reliability engineering, and team growth were realized. As the Founder of the DC CTO Club, Marco has fostered collaboration among technology leaders in the DC Metro Area. Previous advisory roles at Soundtracker and psHEALTH contributed to the growth of innovative technology platforms. Marco's early career includes essential software development and research positions with a focus on reliability and analytics. Marco's educational background includes a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Texas at Austin and advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and the University of Virginia.
