Juan Esparza

Juan Esparza has worked in the engineering field since 2021, when they began as a Manufacturing Engineer at Digital Force Technologies. Prior to this, they were employed at GKN Aerospace from 2016 to 2021, where they held the roles of Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering Intern, and Operations Intern. Before that, they worked at San Diego Zoo Global from 2008 to 2016 as an Assistant Team Lead. During their internship at GKN Aerospace, they had the opportunity to assist professional engineers in finding root causes for production problems, design specialty tools, and determine if any dimensions were out of tolerance according to blue prints.

Juan Esparza attended San Diego City College from 2008 to 2011, graduating with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in General Studies. Juan then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering at UC San Diego.
