Giovanna Masci

Giovanna Masci has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Giovanna started their career at ACCION New York in 2004 as a Senior Consultant, where they managed credit building loan portfolios and analyzed data for increased internal feedback. In 2008, they joined Kiva.org as a Partnerships Manager before being promoted to Regional Director for The Americas and then Vice President of Global Partnerships. Since 2016, Giovanna has been working at Digital Green, where they initially served as Vice President of Operations and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer. In their current role, they lead global operations, compliance, people & culture, and communications functions, supporting Digital Green in its rapid growth phase. Giovanna is also a member of Digital Green's Global Leadership Team.

Giovanna Masci has a strong educational background in economics. Their journey began in 2000 at Yale University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. Giovanna completed their undergraduate studies in 2004. Following this, Giovanna attended the Yale School of Management from 2006 to 2008. During this period, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, although their field of study during this time is unspecified.
