Steve Davies is an accomplished ICT professional with extensive experience in information technology operations, particularly within public sector organizations. Currently serving as Head of ICT Operations (Core Infrastructure) at Digital Health and Care Wales since April 2023, Steve previously held various leadership roles at Powys County Council from April 1996 to April 2023, including ICT Operations Manager, 2nd Line Support Team Leader, and ICT Infrastructure Team Leader, focusing on customer service, team management, and service delivery. Steve's career began at Radnorshire District Council as a Network Support Officer, following an academic background with a BSc in International Politics and Strategic Studies from Aberystwyth University.
