Tammy Dugan

Tammy Dugan serves as the Data Science Director and Chief Data Scientist at Cummins Inc. since May 2020, leading software development for digital connectivity in electric vehicles. As Chief Technology Officer and Cofounder of Digital Health Solutions, LLC, and in their previous role as Technical Application Lead at Eli Lilly, Tammy focused on developing software ecosystems. Tammy's background includes extensive experience at Indiana University School of Medicine, where roles included Technical Director and Software Engineering Manager, overseeing the creation of the CHICA software and managing technical staff. Tammy holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Texas at Austin, a certificate in Women in Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, and a Master of Science in Computer and Information Science from Indiana University Indianapolis. Additional education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Valparaiso University.
