Reggie Forster

Reggie Forster has extensive work experience in various managerial and directorial roles in the telecommunications industry. Reggie most recently worked as the Senior Operations Manager at ARIN since June 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Manager of Network Implementation at OneWeb from December 2018 to March 2020, where they led a team responsible for site delivery details and coordination with external partners. From 2014 to 2016, Reggie was the Director of Data Center Engineering at Charter Communications, managing a team that provided designs and implementation guidance for national data center networking infrastructure.

Before joining Charter Communications, Reggie held positions at XO Communications, serving as the Director of Packet Network Planning from July 2012 to March 2014 and as the Director of Data Engineering from August 2001 to July 2012. At XO Communications, they managed teams of network planners and engineers spread across different locations in the United States.

Earlier in their career, Reggie worked as the Sr. Manager of Network Planning at Zephion Networks in 2001, as the Sr. Manager of Telco Relations at BroadBand Office from 1999 to 2001, and as the Sr. Director of Network Planning at Cable and Wireless USA from 1998 to 1999.

Reggie started their career at MCI, where they served as the Sr. Manager of IP Engineering from 1996 to 1998 and in various managerial roles from 1985 to 1996.

Prior to their career in the telecommunications industry, Reggie worked as a Supervisor of Maintenance Representatives at NY Air and Continental Airlines, overseeing a team of aircraft technicians and providing overnight maintenance for commercial aircraft.

Reggie Forster began their education in 1976 at the Georgia Institute of Technology. However, no degree or field of study was mentioned for this period. From 1985 to 1989, Forster attended the DeVry Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEET). In 2009, they enrolled in the MIT Sloan Executive Education program, studying the Fundamentals of Finance for the Technical Executive. Most recently, in 2016, Forster participated in the SCTE Leadership Institute at the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, focusing on management.
