Helena Haykin is the Founder and Co-Chair of the Management Board at Impact Boards EM, a platform focusing on educating non-executive directors on sustainability, energy transition, and corporate governance. Helena also serves as a Partner and General Counsel at Digital Horizon VC and previously held the same position at UCP Investment Group. With significant experience in corporate law and business administration, Helena is dedicated to integrating ESG considerations into board decision-making and promoting decarbonisation in Emerging Markets.
